1.General information
Happenings Group A/S, located at Klostergade 56 B, 8000 Aarhus C, CVR no. 40979956, offers ticket sales between organizers and ticket buyers through its platform.
2.Definitions
"Happenings" or "we" refers to Happenings Group A/S. "Events" refer to all occurrences for which tickets can be purchased through our application. "Organizer" refers to the page, organization, or party who created the event. "Buyer" or "you" refers to the end user purchasing offers. "Offer" refers collectively to tickets, memberships, bundles, or products available for purchase through Happenings.
3.Payment
We accept payment with MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ViaBill and regular card payments. Payment will be charged to your account when the order is completed and confirmed. All amounts can be processed in DKK (Danish kroner), EUR (Euro), USD (US Dollar), SEK (Swedish kroner) and NOK (Norwegian kroner), including VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold out/discontinued items. By using our payment methods, you accept the terms and conditions of our payment gateways (Frisbii, MobilePay, ViaBill). All prices include VAT and other fees unless otherwise explicitly stated. We have ensured that our payment gateways are PCI DSS compliant to protect your payment information.
4.Relationship between Happenings and buyer
We exclusively facilitate the sale of tickets between the buyer and the responsible organizer. The relationship thus exists between the buyer and the organizer. Happenings receives payment on behalf of the organizer with discharging effect, cf. the power of attorney the organizer has granted Happenings in the partner terms. Once the buyer has paid Happenings, the payment obligation towards the organizer is considered fulfilled. According to "Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 para. 2 cf. § 9 para. 2 no. 2a", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
5.Delivery
We exclusively deliver the ticket to the buyer. The organizer delivers the event itself. The responsibility for the event thus also falls to the organizer. The ticket is delivered as an eTicket. The ticket is then delivered to the buyer in our mobile application or on our web applications (app.happenings.dk, happenings.social, happenings.news, and other Happenings platforms). It is the buyer's responsibility that the ticket is used correctly and according to the guidelines specified in the application. If the ticket is used incorrectly, it is not our responsibility if the buyer cannot gain access to the event. If the buyer does not receive their ticket immediately after purchase, the buyer should contact us at support@happenings.dk.
6.Right of complaint
The buyer may contact Happenings with complaints regarding an event. Happenings will forward the complaint to the responsible organizer. It is the organizer who bears the responsibility for the event and any deficiencies thereof. All complaints are thus settled between the buyer and the organizer. We can assist with contact information for the organizer.
7.Refunds
Whether you are entitled to a refund is solely a matter between you as the buyer and the organizer. We do not refund tickets without the organizer's consent. In case of a refund, and if we are still in possession of the purchase amount, we will refund the purchase amount on behalf of the organizer. In such cases, please include bank details in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided safely via email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund. If the event has been held and the money has been paid out to the organizer, it will be the organizer's responsibility to refund any amount owed.
8.Return and cancellation rights
According to "Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 para. 2 cf. § 9 para. 2 no. 2a", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. You thus cannot, as a general rule, cancel your purchase. There may be a right of withdrawal in the case of add-ons/additions to an event. This will be stated separately when purchasing these additions.
9.Exercise of complaint and/or cancellation rights
If you wish to exercise your complaint and/or cancellation rights towards the organizer, you must contact them directly and then return the item to them. The organizer will then refund the purchase amount to you. If we are still in possession of the purchase amount, the refund may possibly be made by us on behalf of the organizer. In your inquiry, it is important that you provide the following information:
• Order ID
• Receipt
• In certain cases, UNI-Login username
10.Prices
We reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We also reserve the right for sold-out items. The organizers set the price for the event itself.
11.Fees
The displayed price of an offer includes all costs for the buyer. Happenings receives commission from the organizer for facilitating the sale. The commission is deducted upon payout to the organizer in accordance with the partner terms.
12.General terms
The purchase agreement is governed by the general rules of Danish law. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will then apply to subsequent orders. It is your responsibility to check whether changes have been made to the terms and conditions.
13.Complaint options
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, The Boards' House, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaint platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint, you must provide our email address: legal@happenings.dk. You can also contact us directly via email at legal@happenings.dk with your complaint.
